London Day 2

We awoke to find that we still did not have our luggage. Needless to say, I was not particularly looking forward to the third day wearing the same clothes, especially since this is the day we were going to the concert at the Royal Festival Hall. But, away we went. BA said we would have our luggage mid-day but we couldn't wait for it to come. So we went on. The concert was really, really good. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. That is, of course, after we had to go through a small ordeal with the Underground exchanging our vouchers for Tube passes. After the concert we took a walk along the South Bank of the Thames, all the way to the Tate Modern. Darryl, being more the modern art lover than I, enjoyed himself thoroughly, and we're scheduled to go back for part of Day 3. After we left the Tate Modern, I was too tired to read the maps, and Darryl got us a bit lost on the way to the Tube station. But we made it eventually. We had dinner at a really nice Turkish restaurant in Southwark. And the best part of the day was returning to the hotel to find our luggage, with everything intact.
